Raiven designs, builds, and manages AI automation tools for businesses, including but not limited to AI chat widgets, social media chatbots, and AI voice receptionists. The specific scope of work, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement will be confirmed separately with each client.
If you engage us for services, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner, and use the tools we build in a lawful way that doesn't mislead your customers or breach any applicable law.
Fees for our services will be agreed with you before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable on the schedule set out in your quote or agreement, and late payment may result in suspension of services.
We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and methods. Once paid in full, you own the specific content and configuration built for your business, unless otherwise agreed. We may reference your business as a client for our own marketing purposes, unless you ask us not to.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, such as CRM and form tools (including GoHighLevel), hosting providers, and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these third-party providers.
We work to keep our AI tools accurate and reliable, but AI-generated responses can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we recommend reviewing AI responses periodically as part of your normal business processes.
To the extent permitted by law, Raiven isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including lost revenue or lost leads.
Either party may end a services agreement in line with the notice terms set out in your quote or agreement. We may suspend or discontinue access to any tool if fees remain unpaid or these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
