For over 15 years, Stephen has worked alongside business owners as an accountant and consultant, helping them get a clearer understanding of their numbers and make smarter decisions about where their business is headed.

Along the way, he kept seeing the recurring business challenges: good businesses losing opportunities simply because they couldn't respond fast enough: a missed call, an unanswered enquiry, a slow reply that let a lead go cold. With the growing sophistication of AI automation, he saw how businesses could overcome this challenge. It's a practical extension of the same work Stephen has always done: helping businesses own a more efficient and more profitable operation. Only now, AI automation does some of the heavy lifting, making sure no enquiry goes unanswered and every opportunity gets a real chance.

For Stephen, it comes down to two things: being genuinely responsive to clients, and having the business know-how to back it up. Those are the same values that shaped his accounting and consultancy work, and they're what Raiven is built on today.
